Beretta USA was pleased to announce that Janet Tausch, Beretta Team Shooter, continues her winning ways with the Ladies Concurrent at the 2007 National Sporting Clays Association US Open Championship at Hopkins Game Farm in Kennedyville, MD this summer. Tausch's recent victories include the 2007 World English Sporting Clays Championship and the 2006 NSCA National Championship. Both of these events were hosted at the National Shooting Complex in San Antonio, TX. Tausch joined the Beretta Team this year, but has been shooting competively for 23 years. She is a 6-time Ladies Texas State Champion and 2-time Ladies National 20-ga. Champion and a 6-time All-American. Her shotgun of choice is the Beretta 687 EELL Diamond Pigeon with 32" barrels. "Janet continues to excel and dominate the field," stated Rebecca Etchen, Marketing Manager, Victory Shooter. "We are honored to have her as part of our Beretta shooting team and look forward to her continued success." Tausch's next major event will be the NSCA National Championships in San Antonio in October. Beretta is also pleased to announce that USA Shooting athlete, Haley Dunn, captured her first Pan American title by shooting a 94/100 to take the Gold Medal in the Women's Skeet Competition. This winning score bested her teammate and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Kim Rhode, who shot 91/100 to win the Silver and Melissa Gil of Argentina who took the Bronze with an 80/100. Dunn shoots a Beretta DT10 Trident Skeet Gun.
